How to Submit a Claim

- After 15 days of consecutive use, take another picture with a timestamp.
- After 30 days of consecutive use, take a final picture with a timestamp.
- Email all three pictures to support@whimsiy.com.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR THE WRONG ITEM(S)?
In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), contact us immediately within 30 days from the delivery date. Include details about the issue and pictures of the faulty product(s) along with a snapshot of the package showing a clear tracking number. Our Returns Department will review your case and provide options for returning the defective products for replacement or a refund. If available, a replacement for the original item(s) purchased will be sent at no extra cost.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise sending your return with a tracking option and insurance, as Whimsiy will not be held liable for lost returns.
CAN I RETURN MY WHIMSIY PRODUCTS WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU?
Please contact us before sending your return. The return address might differ from the original shipping address. Also, notifying us helps track your returned product and accelerates your refund process. Refunds for items returned without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURNS?
You can track your return or exchange using your carrier's tracking information. Once we receive your package and process your refund, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can also check the status of your return or exchange in your online order history.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive, inspect, and confirm that the returned products are in good condition. Please provide us with the tracking information after sending back the package for us to process the refund.

WHAT IF I'M RETURNING A GIFT?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. However, if the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to them first, we will issue a refund to the gift giver who will then be notified of your return.
ARE THERE ANY NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS?

WHAT IF I AM SHIPPING AN ITEM OVER $75?
